MINISTERING CIRCLE REWARDS GRANT FUNDING FOR 2022

The Ministering Circle recently announced that they will distribute $140,500 to various nonprofit organizations that fall under the organization’s objective to continue its efforts of providing funding for nonprofits that impact our community in the health and wellness area. “We are proud once again to be able to continue to support these organizations especially during the challenging times we have all faced during COVID-19 and the impact it has had on nonprofits,” states Ministering Circle president Anne Murchison. This year’s recipients include:

Cape Fear Literacy Council
The Carousel Center
Help Hub
The Harrelson Center
Step Up
Eden Village

 

For over 130 years, the Ministering Circle has supported projects and programs that promote and improve the health of wellness of those in Wilmington and the surrounding community. This non-denominational group of 50 women raise funds each year and contributes annually to programs that support the group’s mission of improved health and wellness.
